What is the take-rate?
The take-rate is a small percentage of each successful transaction. This is how CheckAut earns revenue instead of charging monthly fees. The platform takes its percentage, and the rest goes directly to you.
How does the reseller split work?
When a sale comes through a reseller, the revenue is split three ways: 80% to the merchant, 10% to the reseller, and 10% to the platform. Without a reseller, it is 90% merchant and 10% platform on the Growth plan.
What payment methods are supported?
We support all major Southeast Asian payment methods including PayNow (SG), DuitNow (MY), GrabPay, GCash (PH), GoPay (ID), credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery.
Can I sync with existing marketplaces?
Yes. On Growth and Enterprise plans, you can sync your product catalog with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. Inventory and orders stay in sync across all channels.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
